Life is stressful, and I see it in my clients hair. You see, when you stress, your hormones are in overdrive and guess what? This means your hormones that affect your hair are also in overdrive. This creates oily hair over time by over production of sweat glands.
Find a way to relax and stress less with gentle but effective forms of exercise such as yoga, Pilates or walking. The less you stress, the better. Relax as much as you can in micro-minutes during the day. Just five minutes on your lunch break, and 10 minutes after you get home can really make a difference.
